THE PROSPECT

This is a rare opportunity for a clinician looking to step into a high-producing environment with strong demand across restorative and cosmetic dentistry, oral surgery, clear aligners, implants and other high-value treatments.

With a Principal Dentist looking to reduce their own clinical hours, there is a clear opportunity for an Associate to take over and grow this area of the practice. Unlike many clinics where Principals retain larger cases themselves, the intention here is to actively pass high-value cases and general dentistry across to the Associate.

This is an established, privately owned 5-chair practice within a multidisciplinary health hub.

The practice benefits from exceptional cross-referral opportunities, with 200+ patients visiting the on-site GP clinic daily, driving a steady stream of internal referrals.

The practice is also well-resourced beyond the clinical team, with dedicated Client Experience Managers whose full-time focus is patient reactivation and lead follow-up - ensuring every enquiry is responded to immediately, giving patients the best possible chance of converting into treatment.

The practice offers implants, full arch cases, aligners, cosmetic dentistry, oral surgery and in-house IV sedation supported by visiting prosthodontists and an engaged Principal.

This position is available 3, 4 or 5 days per week.

ABOUT YOU

- 4+ years' private practice experience in Australia
- AHPRA-registered with unrestricted working rights
- Experience in implant dentistry is highly regarded but not essential
- If you do implants, you'd already have formal implant training or it is in progress
- Ethical, collaborative and growth-oriented
- Strong communicator with a patient-first approach
- Experience or a strong interest in implants, aligners or advanced dentistry
- Dentists with existing implant experience, or a clear desire to develop in this area, will be particularly well suited given current patient demand
