Property Manager | Up to $110K Package | Monday - Friday

Manage a quality portfolio. No trust accounting. Supportive team. Monday to Friday.

Our client is a well-established and highly respected real estate agency with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional service across Sydney's north-west. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 175 residential properties.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Manager looking to join a supportive business where you'll have the backing of a Property Officer and experienced leadership, allowing you to focus on providing outstanding service to your landlords and tenants.

The Role

- Manage a clean portfolio of approximately 175 properties.
- Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs.
- Conduct lease renewals and rental reviews.
- Handle arrears and tribunal matters when required.
- Work alongside a dedicated Property Officer who assists with leasing, overflow routines and administration.
- Minimal accounts duties with only occasional bill processing.
- No trust accounting or receipting responsibilities.

About You





- Previous experience managing your own residential portfolio.
- Robust knowledge of NSW tenancy legislation.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
- Current NSW Class 2 Real Estate Licence (or Certificate of Registration with relevant experience).
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.

The Office

- Monday to Friday | 9:00am – 5:00pm.
- Portfolio consists of a quality mix of apartments and houses, predominantly apartments.
- Core areas include Northmead, Toongabbie and Constitution Hill.
- Supportive Department Manager who has extensive hands‑on property management experience.
- Console Cloud software.
- Inspection Express.
