About the Role
Wagner Civil is seeking an organised and proactive Resource Controller to coordinate the daily allocation of our people, plant and equipment across multiple projects.
Working closely with our team and clients, you'll ensure our resources are scheduled efficiently to keep projects running safely, on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the daily allocation of labour, plant and equipment.
- Schedule plant movements and transport.
- Liaise with Project Managers, Supervisors and clients regarding resource requirements.
- Arrange external plant hire and subcontractors.
- Monitor plant availability, servicing and compliance.
- Manage workforce scheduling and availability.
- Maintain scheduling systems and resource registers.
- Assist with mobilisation and demobilisation of projects.
- Ensure compliance with company and WHS requirements.
What We/'re Looking For
- Experience in resource scheduling, logistics, fleet coordination or civil construction is highly regarded.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities.
- Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office.
- A positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
