Komatsu is seeking an Organisational Development Advisor to shape capability, culture and leadership across its multi-site operations in Recent South Wales. You will design and deliver capability-building programs, work with HR partners and leaders to identify development needs, and support onboarding, mentoring and talent initiatives. You will influence workforce engagement, inclusion and change programs while leveraging feedback and insights to improve people processes across a national business.
