The Opportunity

We/'re looking for a high-energy Sales Consultant who loves talking to people and has the confidence to guide customers through a big decision.

Prior solar experience is a great bonus — but it/'s not crucial.

Come from hospitality, tourism, gyms and fitness, real estate, telco, retail, or any customer-facing background? You/'ll be in good company — some of our strongest performers did exactly that.

What You/'ll Do

- Proactively drive toward company sales goals across both B2B and B2C
- Hold engaging, persuasive phone consultations with customers
- Maintain accurate and timely data in the CRM
- Promote the Shine Hub brand with confidence and enthusiasm
- Meet mandatory targets — and always aim to exceed them
- Deliver honest, ethical,



and accurate information to all customers
- Travel for company events, conferences, and training when required
- Set personal weekly/monthly goals aligned with company direction
- Put in extra hours during campaigns or peak activity periods
- Track your own numbers, results, and performance like a true professional

Who You Are

You/'re someone who thrives on:

- Native-level English communication (must-have)
- At least 12 months/' sales experience — any industry welcome
- Solar or renewable energy experience is a robust plus, but not essential
- Strong confidence and presence on the phone

- The ability to build trust quickly
- Reliability, resilience, and a positive attitude
- A belief that sales is a skill you can master and grow

IMPORTANT

- Native English speaker or English as your mother tongue is required for this role due to its heavy communication component.
