Navarra Venues in Rozelle (Head Office) is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead weekly payroll for about 70 permanent staff and 100-300 casuals during peak periods, ensuring accuracy and compliance across Awards and Fair Work.

You will optimize Employment Hero workflows, partner with Finance, HR and Operations, and drive process improvements to enhance the employee experience.
