Reporting to the Operations Manager,



you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of all Fresh Collective food and beverage operations at Strathfield Golf Club.
You’ll lead from the floor, coach and develop your team, manage financial performance and ensure every guest receives a consistently great experience.
This is a highly operational role where you’ll be balancing retail service, member dining and a busy functions calendar, often all at once.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading and developing a team of supervisors and front of house staff
Creating an engaging, positive workplace culture with high standards and accountability
Delivering exceptional guest experiences for members, golfers, locals and event guests
Managing Bistro 18, the Halfway Kiosk and all Fresh Collective functions
Planning labour, rosters and resources to meet changing business demands
Managing food and beverage costs, stock control and financial performance
Working closely with Club management to ensure smooth daily operations
Resolving operational challenges quickly and professionally

Driving service standards, training and continuous improvement across the venue

About You

You’ll already have experience leading a busy hospitality operation and be ready for a role where you’ll have genuine ownership and autonomy.

Enjoys coaching and developing people
Is calm under pressure and thrives in a quick‑moving environment

Has strong commercial awareness and understands labour, food costs and profitability
Is organised, practical and solutions‑focused

Experience managing restaurants, clubs, pubs, hotels or multi‑outlet hospitality operations will be highly regarded.
