The Workforce, People and Culture (WPC) Directorate is responsible for the provision of workforce consultancy services to the district. We work in partnership with the executive team, managers, and employees to ensure the delivery of innovative and sustainable workforce solutions across the district.

Our range of services include recruitment; workforce design, workforce policies and procedures; awards and determinations; Industrial Relations advice and representation; and other service offerings provided by our diverse teams. Our People and Culture team is collaborative and focused on delivering a rewarding experience to all employees.

We are seeking applications for the position of temporary full-time People and Culture Support Officer within the People and Culture Directorate. As a member of the team you will be responsible for effective, accurate, timely and professional delivery of diverse executive,



secretarial and administrative support services to the Human Resources, Industrial Relations and Change Manager’s within NBMLHD People and Culture.

Drawing on your Employment Law and Industrial Relations documentation experience you will play an integral role in delivering support services across a range of complex and challenging human resources, industrial relations and change workflows, deliverables and projects and plays an integral role in proactively prioritising delivery of accountabilities in an efficient, professional, and timely manner whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
