About the Role

Due to growth our Broadbeach clinic is seeking a permanent part‐time Receptionist to join their team working 30 hours per week across Monday – Friday 9.00am – 6.00pm. As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming experience while helping ensure the smooth day‐to‐day operation of the clinic.

You'll join a supportive administration team and work alongside a large multidisciplinary group of clinicians, helping deliver exceptional service to our patients and community.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcoming patients and managing front desk reception
/n
- Answering phone and email enquiries
/n
- Scheduling and managing appointments
/n
- Processing Medicare, HICAPS and EFTPOS transactions
/n
- Managing referrals and clinic correspondence
/n
- Data entry and maintaining accurate patient records
/n
- Invoicing and debtor management
/n
- Diary management and appointment coordination
/n
- End‐of‐day reconciliation
/n
- Providing day‐to‐day support to clinicians and the wider clinic team
/n/n

Desirable Experience
/n
/n
- Previous reception, administration or customer service experience
/n
- Experience in allied health, medical, or healthcare administration
/n
- Exposure to HICAPS, Medicare billing or practice management software (advantageous but not essential)
