We're seeking Senior HR Advisor to join Our Clients Brisbane Office, supporting a large mining operation with practical HR advice, hands‐on support, and room to grow. This role requires regular travel to and from their sites in North Queensland and is a excellent career opportunity!

You'll work closely with the Wider HR Team and Onsite Employees. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to progress their career in HR within the Mining industry looking to step into a more autonomous role and also grow your career while still having strong HR leadership around you.

What you'll be doing:

- Provide day‐to‐day HR support to supervisors and team leads
- Support and coordinate investigations, performance processes,



and compliance matters
- Help drive recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives
- Maintain HR documentation and assist with reporting/metrics
- Support employee engagement and people systems improvement
- Liaise with corporate HR and Talent teams for alignment
- Support Site Management with HR Advice and Support

What we're looking for:

- Previous HR experience in mining or heavy industry environments
- Comfortable working onsite and independently when needed
- Understanding of award interpretation and Fair Work obligations
- Strong understanding of Employee Relations & HR functions
- Tertiary qualification in HR or related discipline
