The CRM Manager role sits within Specsavers Marketing department, which comprises of roughly 80 members based in Melbourne and works collaboratively with a global brand function. We are now looking for a CRM professional to join us on a 12-month fixed term contract.
Reporting directly into the Senior CRM Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact, data-driven customer communications that strengthen engagement across the customer lifecycle.

The role plays a key part in developing and executing end‐to‐end CRM campaigns that support business objectives, particularly in driving customer retention, reactivation and conversion. Working closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams, the position ensures campaigns are strategically aligned, insight-led and delivered seamlessly across channels.
A strong focus of the role is to continuously optimise performance through a test‐and‐learn approach, using data, segmentation and campaign insights to refine targeting, messaging and channel strategy.

The skills we are looking for
/n

- A minimum of 4 years' experience in CRM or direct marketing, with a strong track record delivering campaigns across multiple channels including eDM, SMS and direct mail
/n
- Proven ability to deliver end-to-end trade campaigns in partnership with marketing teams, from planning through to optimisation
/n
- Supported by a CRM Executive, ability to provide day-to-day oversight and guidance without direct line management responsibility
/n
- Advanced data capability, with experience in customer segmentation, campaign analysis, and translating insights into actionable recommendations to optimise performance
/n
- Robust stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross‐functional teams and influence outcomes in a fast‐paced environment

- Highly organised with excellent time management skills, able to prioritise competing deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
