The Opportunity
Working directly with experienced Partners, you will be entrusted with high-quality commercial litigation matters from the outset. You/'ll have direct client contact, strategic involvement in matters, and genuine responsibility,
allowing you to accelerate your professional development while building long-term client relationships.
You will enjoy exposure to a broad range of complex disputes including:
Commercial and contractual disputes
Shareholder and partnership disputes
Insolvency and restructuring
Business and corporate litigation
Property and leasing disputes
Debt recovery and enforcement proceedings
Alternative dispute resolution, mediations and court appearances
About You
You will be a commercially minded litigation lawyer with:
A 3-4+ years/' post-admission experience in Commercial Litigation or Insolvency
Strong technical drafting and advocacy skills
Experience managing litigation matters from commencement through to resolution
Excellent commercial judgement and strategic thinking
Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
A genuine desire to continue developing your career within a collaborative, high-performing team
