About the Role

We're currently seeking a casual Conference Team Member to join our dynamic team. In this hands-on role, you'll be part of a small group responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring the smooth operation of our conference centre.

Key Responsibilities

- Setting up and breaking down conference rooms (some lifting required)
- Serving catering and maintaining a clean, professional environment
- Supporting room resets, guest requests, and on-the-spot troubleshooting




- Maintaining high standards of presentation throughout the venue
- Assisting guests with AV setup, room changes, and general enquiries
- Contributing to projects or completing additional duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

- Availability during afternoons and evenings (ideal for those with morning jobs)
- Completion of the free NSW Food Handler Basics course (required before starting):
- RSA certification (preferred but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Basic AV knowledge (data projectors, laptops, PA systems) is a plus
