A rewarding opportunity is available for an experienced and skilled Enrolled Nurse to join our busy medical practice in Wolli Creek. We are seeking a dedicated clinician who can work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
The successful candidate will be a forward-thinking problem solver with a flexible approach to tasks. This role is varied and requires a high level of attention to detail, as well as the ability to assist with front desk reception duties when necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care within your scope of practice.
- Monitor patient progress and assist with the implementation of individualised care plans.
- Manage medication administration under supervision and maintain clinical records.
- Ensure solid vaccine management and compliance with clinical standards.
- Contribute to a supportive team environment and assist with administrative duties as required.
Selection Criteria
Essential:
- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in General Practice.
- Strong computer literacy and excellent communication skills.
- Current NSW Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance.
- Current immunisation status in accordance with NSW Health requirements.
- Full rights to work in Australia.
Desirable:
- Familiarity with Best Practice medical software.
- Pathology training (specifically drug screening) and Audiometric training.
- Understanding of NSW Work Cover practices and AGPAL accreditation processes.
