- Track deliverables, milestones and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
- Prepare project reporting and proactively identify, manage and escape risks and issues.
- Support implementation planning and readiness activities across business teams.
- Analyse project information to support recommendations and decision-making.
- Collaborate with delivery leaders and project managers to ensure smooth transition into business‑as‑usual operations.

- Excellent analytical and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work across multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced setting.
