About the Role

Master Drilling Australia continue to dominate the industry, and we are now in seek of experienced Site Administrator (Casual) to join the Master Drilling Australia operations team

Roster would align to the client's flight roster - 4:3 onsite, 1-day WFH or Office.

Reporting to the General Manager you will play a pivotal role in managing the onsite administration functions for Project Managers, Supervisors and Safety team with a keen focus on travel/mobilisation, rosters, and daily reporting requirements across all MDA sites.

Duties and Responsibilities

Your duties will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to end-to-end management of booking of flights and accommodation of all direct and indirect employees and contractors for Master Drilling Australia

- Manage and update the Master Drilling Australia roster daily to ensure 100% accuracy

- Attend to all administration functions for all operational teams on site including Safety and Engineering

- Maintain and update site induction folders to ensure all personnel hold the correct qualifications, certificates and tickets to comply with site

- Tracking and managing compliance requirements including medicals, drug and alcohol tests, VOCs, inductions and training

- Manage the projected and master roster to ensure costing is monitored and accurate





- Manage Drilling Authorisation and Quality Assurance checklists

- Update Master Roster and +Process against approved timesheets

- General Housekeeping and co-ordination of functions for Site Office

- Building and maintaining strong, professional relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders

- Drive continuous improvement and efficiencies in mobilisation processes

- Collaborating with management and providing up to date information related to the operational needs of the business

About You

- Proven experience in an administrative and mobilisation role within a live mining environment

- Confident with INX - +Process and Inflight

- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision as well as part of a team

- Robust time management and organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

- Microsoft Office - 365

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with leaders at all levels.

- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.

- High attention to detail and strong communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, learn concepts and systems quickly.

- Proficient computer skills with experience using software including, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, and Planner.
