QTO Cleaning is a growing Adelaide-based cleaning business specialising in high-quality post-construction builders cleans.

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and motivated person to join our team. If you take pride in your work, enjoy being active and want more than a standard cleaning job, this could be a excellent opportunity to grow with us.

The role will initially be casual, approximately 20 hours per week, with the opportunity to increase to full-time hours as our workload continues to grow.

For the right person, there is also the opportunity to develop strong skills in professional window cleaning, with experienced window cleaners able to earn up to $45 per hour + super.

About the role

Our work involves getting newly constructed homes and buildings ready for their owners. Every site is different, and the job can range from detailed internal cleaning through to professional window and glass cleaning and removing the final traces of construction.

This is not your typical cleaning job.

It is physical, hands-on work that requires you to be comfortable working on building sites, using ladders, moving equipment and handling heavy materials. In return, you'll have the opportunity to develop valuable cleaning and window-cleaning skills while working as part of a growing team.

Work is primarily across Adelaide's central and northern suburbs, with travel between various sites required.

What you'll be doing

- Post-construction builders cleans

- Detailed cleaning of newly constructed homes and buildings

- Professional window and glass cleaning

- Removing construction dust, marks, stickers and debris

- Cleaning floors, walls, kitchens, bathrooms and other surfaces

- Using ladders and cleaning equipment safely

- Moving and handling equipment and building materials

- Working efficiently both independently and as part of a team

- Maintaining a consistently high standard of workmanship

What we're looking for





We're looking for someone who is reliable, physically capable and takes genuine pride in doing a good job.

You will ideally have:

- Window cleaning experience – highly desirable

- Previous cleaning or builders cleaning experience – advantageous

- Good physical fitness and the ability to perform demanding manual work

- Confidence using ladders and working at heights

- The ability to safely lift and move heavy equipment and building materials

- A strong eye for detail

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Good reliability and punctuality

- The ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Your own reliable transport – essential

- A White Card, or willingness to obtain one before starting

Experience is not essential for the right applicant. We are more interested in finding someone reliable, hardworking and willing to learn.
