Howards Storage World Kotara is on the search for an Casual Assistant Manager (2IC) and Casual Sales Assistants. These roles are ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer focused retail environment and leading by example.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-level customer service

- Open and close the store independently

- Support the Store Manager with daily tasks

- Supervising and supporting team members

- Assisting with training and task delegation

- Receiving and checking deliveries

- Restocking and maintaining store presentation.

- Engage and motivate the team to achieve KPI's

Availability

The job will be 3 to 4 days a week, including alternate Weekends, on a rotating basis.

What are we looking for?

- Be organised, reliable and proactive

- Previous retail experience, with supervisory experience preferred

- Previous retail experience in sales and merchandising





- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Flexibility with days available and ability to work weekends
