WHAT'S ON OFFER
Our client is looking for a Leading Hand / Sub Foreman (Remedial) to work on an array of complex remedial projects. This is an opportunity for a good up and coming Leading Hand / Sub Foreman to work for this excellent remedial business. Prospect to move into Site Management and grow with this business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage Site Safety / OH&S;
- Coordinate trades and subcontractors




- Assist in managing the construction programming
- Site set out and mark out
- Conduct site inductions and tool box talks
- Interpreting and reading plans

TO BE CONSIDERED

- Trade background in Carpentry
- Must have Remedial experience as a Sub-Foreman / Leading Hand
- Can run across multiple projects on the tools and coordinating subcontractors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret detailed site plans / drawings
- Strong ability to build relationships and liaise with externals
