About the Role

Blyton Group is a diverse Australian-owned group with businesses spanning radio, tourism, hospitality, entertainment and snow resorts.

Our businesses include Capital Radio Network, Selwyn Snow Resort, Charlotte Pass Snow Resort and Magic Mountain Merimbula & more!

We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team and coordinate marketing across the Blyton Group.

What You'll Be Doing

- Coordinate marketing activities across the Blyton Group and our various businesses

- Work closely with management to develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns

- Create engaging photo and video content for social media and digital channels

- Film, edit and publish social media content

- Manage and coordinate social media calendars across multiple businesses

- Assist with the development of promotional campaigns, offers and events

- Coordinate marketing collateral, signage, photography and other promotional materials

- Visit our different businesses regularly to capture content and ensure marketing is being delivered consistently

- Work with internal teams to identify stories, promotions and content opportunities

- Coordinate with external suppliers, photographers, designers and other marketing partners when required

- Monitor social media performance and marketing results

- Keep up to date with current social media trends and identify opportunities for the group

- Assist with website updates, EDMs and other digital marketing activities

- Help maintain consistency across our different brands while ensuring each business has its own personality

- Support management with ad hoc marketing projects and initiatives

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

- A marketing graduate or early-career marketer looking to build their experience

- Creative and confident creating content

- Comfortable filming on a phone/camera and appearing on or behind the camera

- Social media savvy and genuinely understands what makes valuable content





- Highly organised and able to manage multiple businesses and priorities

- Agile and adaptable — no two days will necessarily look the same

- A confident communicator who isn't afraid to pick up the phone or walk into a business and get things happening

- Proactive and able to work independently while taking direction from management

- Comfortable travelling between our businesses and working in different environments

- Someone who notices opportunities and takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do

- A team player who is happy to get involved and help wherever needed

- Passionate about learning and developing their marketing skills

The Ideal Candidate

You don't need years of experience — we're more interested in your attitude, creativity and willingness to learn.

You might be a recent marketing graduate who has been running social media for a university club, creating content for a side project, managing your own Instagram/TikTok or simply has a genuine passion for marketing and content creation.
