Our beautiful Education and Care Service is located in Shellharbour and is overseen by a Shellharbour Community Church Management Committee and an experienced Early Childhood Teacher Director. Our service operates from 7.00 am - 6:00pm catering for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years and up to 66 children per day.

Tasks & responsibilities

- Able to effectively communicate with children, families, other staff and Sprouts Management.
- Work well in a team and able to critically reflect and implement changes to improve.
- Understand and model best practice and high standards.
- Passionate and an advocate for play based learning, nature exploration and sustainability.
