About the Role
As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of all aspects of store performance while creating an engaging shopping experience that keeps customers coming back.
Leading from the front, you'll inspire your team, drive sales and build a positive culture where everyone can thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team
- Drive sales, KPIs and store profitability
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through styling and service
- Maintain outstanding visual merchandising and store presentation
- Recruit, train and develop future leaders
- Manage stock, rostering and daily store operations
- Create a positive, fun and results-focused team culture
About You
You'll bring:
- Previous Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager experience
- A background in fashion, footwear or specialty retail
- A passion for styling and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Commercial confidence with a proven ability to achieve KPIs
- High energy, positivity and a hands-on leadership style
- A love of fashion and the latest trends
