Service Advisor – Hornsby Toyota

Hornsby Toyota, part of the AMG Group, is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing Service Department.

As a Service Advisor, you will play a key role in managing the Guest experience from the moment they arrive until their vehicle is returned to them. You will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, providing clear communication and ensuring every Guest receives an exceptional level of service.

The successful applicant will possess:

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or experienced Mechanic/Automotive Technician looking to progress

- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills





- Excellent time management and organisational skills

- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- A current Australian driver's licence

- Confidence using Microsoft Office and other computer systems

- A skilled and positive attitude

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to customer satisfaction

- Automotive technical knowledge will be highly regarded
