Trainee Pre-Construction Pest Control Technician Flick Anticimex | Clyde | Full time

We're growing our Pre-Construction team and looking for someone keen to learn. No experience? No worries — we'll train you from the ground up.

About the role

You'll be out on new residential build sites installing termite barrier and management systems. It's hands-on, outdoor work where you're a key part of protecting brand-new homes from day one. You'll learn to install reticulation systems, physical barriers, and chemical treated zones to Australian Standards.

What you'll be doing

- Installing termite barrier systems on new construction sites

- Working alongside experienced technicians and following site safety requirements

- Liaising with builders and site supervisors

- Completing job documentation, certificates and reports

- Maintaining your vehicle, equipment and stock

- Studying toward your pest management licence with costs of training covered

What we're looking for





- A current driver's licence (essential)

- Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor, manual work in all weather

- Reliable, punctual and happy to start early

- Valuable communication skills and a professional attitude on site

- Willingness to obtain a White Card and pest management licence (we support you through this)

- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, labouring or trades is a plus — but not required
