About the Role

We need a sharp, organised Scheduling & Operations Officer to keep our field installation and logistics operations running without a hitch. You'll manage installer rosters, coordinate stock and logistics, liaise with customers and internal teams, and ensure every job moves seamlessly from booking to completion.

Full-time, on-site. Built for someone who thrives under pressure and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the weekly installation schedule via our CRM

- Confirm jobs and communicate schedules to installation teams

- Confirm customer appointments and ensure smooth communication throughout

- Coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics for stock pickups, deliveries, and daily packing runs

- Monitor job progress from work order setup through to post-installation compliance

- Maintain job trackers,



work orders, and scheduling tools in real time

- Support documentation prep, pickslips, and job card management

- Proactively flag and resolve scheduling conflicts or resourcing issues

- Act as a key internal contact across Sales, Admin, Installations, Accounts, and Warehouse

What You'll Bring

- Experience in scheduling, operations, or a fast-paced admin role

- Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle competing priorities

- Clear, confident communicator — written, verbal, and on the phone

- Proficiency with Google Suite; Tradify, ServiceM8, or similar field service software is a bonus

- Proactive, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
