An exceptional chance exists for an experienced and discreet Personal Assistant / Family Driver to support a senior Executive and their family. This role requires a high level of professionalism, reliability, and flexibility to manage both business and personal matters with efficiency and care.

Key Responsibilities
Executive & Family Transport: Provide safe, reliable, and professional driving services for the Executive and family members, including school drop-offs, appointments, and events.
Vehicle Management: Maintain vehicles in excellent condition, coordinate regular servicing, and ensure all registrations, insurance, and documentation remain current.
Household Coordination: Oversee property maintenance and liaise with contractors, cleaners, gardeners, and service providers to ensure all works are completed to a high standard.
Schedule & Travel Management: Manage calendars, appointments, and travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries for both business and family travel.
Administrative Support: Assist with correspondence, document preparation, and general administrative tasks.
Personal Errands & Family Support:



Undertake personal and family-related errands as required, always maintaining confidentiality and discretion.

Flexibility is essential, as occasional weekend or after-hours work may be required in line with family and business commitments.

Candidate Profile
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting senior individuals or families
Proven experience as a skilled driver with a valid driver’s licence and an excellent driving record
Mandarin Speaking is a must
Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands
Solid interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, courteous manner
High level of discretion, integrity, and respect for confidentiality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general administrative systems
Calm, adaptable, and solutions-oriented approach to changing priorities
