What you'll be doing
Supporting the Head Chef to lead a busy, high-performing kitchen
Maintaining exceptional food quality and consistency
Coaching and developing the kitchen team
Managing stock, ordering and food costs
Upholding food safety and kitchen standards

What you'll bring
Experience as a Sous Chef or an ambitious Junior Sous Chef ready to step up
Experience in premium, high-volume restaurants
