THE ROLE
Working within a busy steel and engineering setting, you will be responsible for preparing and coating steel components to a high standard, ensuring all work meets quality and safety requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
Abrasive blasting and surface preparation
Industrial painting and protective coatings
Preparing steel surfaces for painting
Operating blasting and painting equipment
Inspecting completed work for quality
Maintaining a clean and safe work workplace
Following all workplace health & safety procedures
Working as part of a professional workshop team
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for candidates who have:
Previous experience as a Painter Blaster
Experience working with steel, structural steel or engineering products
Strong understanding of blasting and painting processes
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong commitment to safety and quality
Good work ethic and reliable attendance
Relevant tickets or qualifications will be highly regarded
Looking for stable long term work
