We're looking for a friendly, organised and caring Nurse / Administration Assistant to join our welcoming ENT Specialist Practice in West Perth.
This is a part-time position working Wednesday to Friday, combining hands-on clinical support with reception and administrative duties. It's a excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, values patient care, and likes working as part of a small, supportive team.
About the Role
Your day will include a mix of clinical and administrative responsibilities, including:
Assisting the specialist during consultations and minor procedures.
Sterilising medical equipment, maintain medical supplies and monitor stock levels.
Ensure consulting rooms are tidy, organised and fully stocked.
Conducting hearing tests when required (training provided).
Answering phone enquiries and coordinating referrals.
Maintaining accurate patient records and assisting with the smooth running of the practice.
About You
You'll be someone who:
Is a Registered or Enrolled Nurse.
Has experience in a medical practice, hospital environment or private specialist setting.
Is friendly, professional and enjoys helping people.
Has excellent organisational and communication skills.
Is comfortable using computers and medical software.
Enjoys working independently while being part of a close-knit team.
