What You Bring
Previous experience supporting or leading a successful retail team
A results-focused mindset with the ability to drive sales performance and achieve KPIs
A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting client relationships
The ability to motivate, develop, and inspire team members
Confidence in coaching others, having constructive conversations, and working collaboratively across the business
Availability to work 38 hours per week, including weekends and peak trading periods
