This includes fostering independence, choice, and control in various settings. Duties include domestic assistance, medication management, transport, skill development, and community participation, with a robust focus on adhering to organizational policies, NDIS standards, and workplace safety practices.

Job Description:
Core Responsibilities: Includes assisting with daily activities, social engagement, and skill development, ensuring people can live meaningful and independent lives.
Administrative Tasks: Accurate and timely record-keeping, and adherence to service protocols, and NDIS Practice Standards.
Work Conditions: Involves flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays,



with possible overnight shifts and on-call duties (please note that you must be willing to travel around the Brisbane area).
Qualifications and Requirements:
Current NDIS and WWCC Screening Cards
A valid full driver’s license and a reliable, insured vehicle for work-related duties.
Commitment to workplace safety, NDIS principles, and relevant legislation.
