PCH Civil is continuing to grow across Western Australia, and we’re looking for experienced Civil Site Supervisors to join our project teams on a variety of different sites.
This is a hands-on leadership role for Supervisors who know how to run a work front, lead crews and keep safety, quality and production moving.
The Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
Leading civil crews and subcontractors across active work fronts
Managing daily safety, quality and productivity requirements
Running pre-starts, toolbox meetings and site inspections
Planning labour, plant, materials and upcoming works
Coordinating with Engineers, Project Managers and HSET
Monitoring subcontractor performance and project progress
Maintaining site records, reporting and compliance documentation
Identifying and resolving issues before they impact delivery
What You’ll Need
Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor eligibility is non-negotiable.
You’ll also need:
7+ years’ civil construction experience
Experience across earthworks, roads, drainage, underground services and concrete.
Demonstrated experience supervising civil crews
Mining/resources or heavy civil experience
Current White Card
Current First Aid
Solid knowledge of civil construction methods, plant and equipment
Ability to read drawings and coordinate works
Solid leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
