Position: IT Support Technician
Location: Full Time

About the role
We’re seeking an IT Support Technician to provide day-to-day technical support to staff. You’ll troubleshoot hardware and software issues, support users via tickets and helpdesk channels, and help maintain reliable IT systems.

Key responsibilities
Provide first-level IT support via phone, email, and helpdesk tickets
Troubleshoot issues across Windows, Microsoft 365, and common business applications
Assist with onboarding/offboarding: account access, device setup, software installs
Support peripherals (printers, scanners, conference room devices) and basic network connectivity
Perform routine checks, updates, and desktop/laptop maintenance
Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system
Escalate complex issues to senior engineers/vendors and follow through to resolution
Maintain a clean, secure workplace standard for IT equipment and data





Required skills & experience
Experience in an IT support / helpdesk role (or equivalent)
Solid troubleshooting and customer service skills
Working knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365
Ability to prioritize tickets and meet service targets
Explicit communication and reliable follow-through

Preferred
Experience with Active Directory / Azure AD
Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft)
