Are you a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse with a passion for primary health care? We’re looking for a dedicated Practice Nurse to join our warm and supportive GP clinic in beautiful Coolum Beach.

About the Role

As a Practice Nurse, you will play an integral role in providing comprehensive nursing care. Your responsibilities will include:
Childhood and adult immunisations
Chronic Disease Management (care plans, health assessments, recalls)
Wound care and assistance with minor procedures
Performing ECGs and spirometry, and supporting GPs during procedures




Patient education and preventative health initiatives
Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and infection control standards

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

Essential:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Robust communication and organisational skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Current CPR certificate

Preferred:
Experience in general practice or a similar primary health setting
Experience with Chronic Disease Management and health assessments
Familiarity with Best Practice software
