THE ROLE
Manager only 150 properties
Liase with landlords to ensure exceptional customer service
Ensure compliance with tenancy legislation and company procedures.
Work closely with the leasing team to minimise vacancy periods.
No routine inspections, allowing greater focus on relationship management and portfolio performance.
Enjoy a well-maintained portfolio with systems and support in place to help you succeed.
ON OFFER:
$100,000 - $105,000 + super

ABOUT YOU:
MIN 2 years as a Property Manager
