About
Roberts Ginnever is a small architectural practice specialising in high-security projects for police and government clients. Established in 2020, we have a strong pipeline of projects across the East Coast and are expanding our team for 2026.
We're looking for a Registered Architect, or an experienced Graduate of Architecture approaching registration, to join our growing team.
The Role:
Full time, remote position, commencing September 2026
Work on highly technical, compliance-driven projects with multiple authority approvals
Involvement in design decisions, buildability, and early risk identification
Manage projects from concept to construction documentation
Lead consultant coordination and client interface
Prepare and deliver drawing packages
Ensure quality control and qualified conduct
Report directly to directors
Occasional site activities
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor or Master of Architecture
Australian Citizenship (required)
Defence clearance (preferred)
Police check (as requested)
3–5+ years’ post-graduate experience, ideally with Defence and/or government projects
Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Bluebeam
Strong technical knowledge of construction, NCC, and Australian Standards
Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail

This is a remote role, but we still like to keep our team connected. As a member of The Commons, we have hybrid offices where we meet fortnightly.
Many of our projects are interstate, and so occasional travel should be expected.
