About Us
At Big Paws Little Paws, our boutique indoor daycare provides a secure, temperature-controlled haven for up to 25 pampered pooches, ensuring personalised care and attention.
Who You Are
Experienced: You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role- must have proven experience managing a group of dogs.
Animal Whisperer: You can accurately assess animal behaviour and cater to their needs.
Team Player: You're hardworking, reliable, and ready to jump in and get the job done.
The Role
Welcoming Newbies: Conduct thorough assessments for new arrivals.
Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure our space is hygienic by cleaning up after our furry guests.
Engagement:
Keep the pets active and happy with engaging enrichment activities from our monthly rotating calendar.
Reporting: Accurately complete notes and reports using our client management system.
Photography: Capture fun moments of the pets and share them on social media.
Front Desk Support: Occasionally assist at the front desk/reception as needed.
