Senior Estimator – Commercial Painting
Brisbane South | Up to $150k + Super
Established commercial painting contractor looking for a Senior Estimator to take a lead role within the estimating team as the business continues to scale.
You'll take ownership of major tenders, pricing commercial painting packages across multi-million-dollar projects and working directly with builders throughout the tender process.
The Role
Lead estimating across major commercial painting packages
Price and tender multi-million-dollar projects
Complete take-offs using Bluebeam
Review drawings, specifications and scopes
Liaise directly with Tier 2 and commercial builders
Lead and support the existing estimating team
Help shape the estimating function as the business grows
About You
Robust commercial estimating experience
Painting and decorating experience highly regarded
Experience pricing larger commercial packages
Confident with Bluebeam and detailed take-offs
Robust communication and builder-facing skills
Comfortable taking ownership of an estimating function
A solid opportunity for an experienced estimator looking to step into a key position with a growing contractor.
