What You'll Be Doing

From day one, you'll gain exposure to cutting-edge enterprise technologies and develop practical skills that employers value. You'll learn how to:
Deliver remote technical support to end users
Deploy software and manage enterprise technology environments
Troubleshoot PCs, devices, and Windows-based systems
Support desktop, LAN, and printer environments
Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues
Work with industry-standard incident management tools
Assist with user support, training, and technology administration
Collaborate with experienced IT specialists across the business
