Based in the beautiful coastal town of Yeppoon, we are proud to deliver high-quality "good time food" to service stations, events, schools, pubs, and more across Australia. As we continue to experience sustained growth, we're looking for an Accounts Officer to join our team.

About the Role

This is an in-office role, full time 9am–5pm. You'll take ownership of accounts receivable and payable — invoicing, statements, debtor and vendor management — alongside managing customer data and sales reporting in our CRM system.

What Does Success Look Like?
Confident handling of accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing, statements, debtor and vendor management
Accurate, high-volume data entry and CRM record management (Salesforce experience highly regarded)
Producing clear, reliable sales reports from CRM and Excel
Robust Excel skills, with scope to build further reporting capability
Contributing to smooth day-to-day office operations,



including phone support and logistics coordination as needed.

What You Will Bring

Experience
Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounts receivable/payable, general ledger, or a similar accounts-focused role
Accounting software experience — MYOB highly regarded, but Xero, QuickBooks, or similar general ledger systems also considered
CRM high volume data entry experience (Salesforce or similar)
Microsoft Excel skills

Core Skills
High accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and reporting
Solid organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication
Self-motivated, proactive, team-oriented
