The Role
Manage industrial subdivision projects from start to finish
Lead Engineers, Supervisors and subcontractors
Deliver bulk earthworks, roads, drainage and services
Manage programme, budgets, forecasting, variations and claims
Coordinate clients, consultants and key stakeholders
Drive safety,



quality and project delivery

What You Need
Proven Project Manager experience in civil construction
Industrial subdivision experience highly regarded
Strong earthworks, roads, drainage and services experience
Solid commercial and programming skills
Ability to lead teams and take ownership of delivery
