We’re on the lookout for a Pizza Chef to join the team at Joey’s Kangaroo Point!

About the job:

Joey’s is hiring a full-time or casual pizza chef/cook to work in our busy kitchen in Kangaroo Point, QLD. If you love great pizza, good vibes, and a fast-paced kitchen, we want to hear from you!

What you’ll be doing:
Hand-stretching dough, topping pizzas, and managing the oven like a pro
Keeping up the pace during busy services without losing quality
Setting up and packing down your station each shift
Working closely with the team to keep service running smoothly
Keeping things clean and following food safety standards
Helping with stock checks, rotation, and reducing waste

About you:

You’re a motivated cook who thrives under pressure and brings outstanding energy to the kitchen. You’ll be a excellent fit if you:




Have experience as a pizza cook or line chef in a quick-paced kitchen
Are available for evening and weekend shifts
Stay calm and focused under pressure
Are reliable, punctual, and consistent
Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Work well with others and communicate clearly
Want to grow your career in hospitality
