Capital Alliance M Docklands Pty Ltd is a property development and investment company based in Melbourne, Victoria. The company is involved in the development and delivery of property projects and works with a range of industry professionals, consultants and stakeholders to achieve its commercial and development objectives.

As the company continues to develop its business and projects, it is seeking to appoint a Marketing Specialist to support its marketing, promotional and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Conducting market research and analysing market trends, customer preferences and competitor activity;
Identifying and evaluating market opportunities relevant to the company’s property development and business activities;
Developing, implementing and reviewing marketing strategies, objectives, policies and programs;
Planning, coordinating and managing advertising, promotional and marketing campaigns;
Advising management on target markets, product positioning, pricing, advertising and promotional strategies;
Developing strategies to enhance brand awareness and promote the company’s projects and services;
Coordinating with external marketing agencies,



media providers, designers and other skilled service providers;
Preparing marketing materials, content and promotional communications;
Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and providing reports and recommendations to management; and
Supporting the company’s broader business development and commercial objectives.

Essential Criteria:
A relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field is desirable;
A minimum of one year of relevant experience as a Marketing Specialist or in a closely related marketing role is essential;
Experience in market research, marketing analysis and promotional activities;
Robust communication, organisational and analytical skills; and
The ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
Solid written and verbal communication skills (ability to speak Mandarin and Cantonese will be an advantage)

Salary negotiable to commensurate with relevant experience.
