Part time Cleaner – Office Building (Monday to Friday)

Location: BGW Group - Pinkenba
Employment Type: Permanent Part-Time Employee
Hours: Monday to Friday, 12:00pm – 6:00pm (30 hours per week)

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team on a permanent part-time basis. This position is based at a single office building, providing consistency and a secure work setting with no travel between sites required.

About the Role

You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, secure, and professional office environment. The successful candidate will take pride in their work and be committed to delivering high cleaning standards throughout the building.

Key Responsibilities
Vacuuming carpeted areas
Mopping and cleaning hard floor surfaces
Dusting desks, furniture, and common areas
Cleaning kitchens, lunchrooms, and staff amenities
Cleaning and sanitising bathrooms and washrooms
Emptying rubbish and recycling bins
Cleaning internal glass and touchpoints
Restocking consumables such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels
Maintaining cleanliness in meeting rooms, reception areas,



and common spaces
Reporting maintenance issues or supply requirements as required
Cleaning of onsite gym (including all gym equipment)
Following workplace health and safety procedures

About You
Previous commercial or office cleaning experience preferred but not essential
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Good communication skills
Must have the right to work in Australia
Police check (or willingness to obtain one) may be required
