About Us
We are an established a food company specialising in the production and distribution of premium Japanese and organic food products. We are looking for a reliable and motivated Food Production Assistant to join our production team.
No previous food manufacturing experience is required. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with food production and packing
Prepare raw materials for production
Operate production equipment following training
Pack finished products and prepare orders
Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment
Follow food safety, hygiene and quality procedures
General warehouse and production duties as required
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Has a valid Australian work visa with unrestricted work rights
Is reliable, punctual and hardworking
Can work well as part of a team
Is willing to learn current skills
Can perform some physically demanding work
Is committed to workplace hygiene and food safety
Plans to remain in Sydney for the foreseeable future (preferred)
Some understanding of Japanese culture and language skills (preferred)
Previous experience in food manufacturing, warehousing or factory work is an advantage but not essential.
