About You:
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (or equivalent).
Previous experience in Residential Aged Care is highly regarded.
A compassionate, enthusiastic, and team-focused approach to care.
Reliable and committed to providing consistent care for our residents.
Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
Understanding of documentation and reporting requirements
A current Police Check or willingness to obtain one.
