AI Engineer

Level: Mid–Senior

Employment Type: Flexible (0.2–1.0 FTE), including full time and part time appointments.

About the Role

As an AI Engineer, you will develop intelligent enterprise applications powered by up-to-date AI technologies. You will design, implement, and optimize AI systems combining LLMs with scalable data infrastructure to solve real-world business problems.

Key Responsibilities
Develop AI applications powered by LLMs.
Design and optimize RAG pipelines and AI agent workflows.
Build AI-powered knowledge systems and retrieval solutions.
Evaluate AI models and optimize system performance.
Collaborate with software engineers to deploy production-ready AI applications.
Explore and implement emerging AI technologies.

Qualifications

Required
Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Systems, or a related field.
3+ years of research and/or engineering experience.
Experience with LLMs, RAG, AI agents, or intelligent data systems.
Strong programming skills in Python.

Preferred




PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Systems, or a related field.
Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, vector databases, graph databases, or cloud AI platforms.
