We are seeking a reliable and motivated Technician / Driver to join our busy truck dealership and workshop. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with trucks, takes pride in presenting vehicles to a high standard, and is committed to delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver and collect trucks from customers, suppliers, and service providers.
Move and park trucks safely around the dealership and workshop.
Complete pre-delivery inspections and basic vehicle checks.
Check fluid levels, tyre pressures, lights, batteries, and other basic vehicle systems.
Assist with fitting accessories and completing minor repairs.
Wash, clean, and prepare trucks for sale and customer delivery.
Maintain a clean, secure, and organised workshop and yard.
Complete vehicle handover documentation and delivery paperwork accurately.
Assist workshop technicians and other team members as required.
Provide friendly, professional, and courteous customer service at all times.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
Hold a current Australian driver's licence.
Hold a Heavy Rigid (HR) or Heavy Combination (HC)
licence (preferred).
Have a safe driving record and be confident operating heavy vehicles.
Possess practical mechanical or automotive knowledge.
Be reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently.
Take pride in presenting vehicles to a high standard.
Be physically fit and able to safely perform manual and outdoor work.
Able to supply your own tool
Previous experience in a truck dealership, transport yard, or workshop will be highly regarded.
Trade Qualified in Certificate III or IV in Automotive / Mechanical – Heavy Vehicle
