We're looking for a switched-on, reliable all-rounder who enjoys staying busy, working with people, and taking ownership of their work. This is a hands-on role combining customer service, warehouse operations, and administration in a fast-paced workplace where no two days are the same.

40 hours
8AM to 5PM
Weekly Pay - $34.48PH
What you'll be doing
Answering customer calls and providing professional, friendly support
Processing orders accurately in SAP and ensuring correct documentation
Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
Receiving, checking, and receipting incoming deliveries
Supporting warehouse operations including stock control and dock work (training provided)
What we're looking for
Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on warehouse and manual handling work
Robust communication skills with a customer-focused approach
Reliable, accountable, and able to stay organised in a busy workplace
Confident using computers with accurate data entry skills
A team player who is adaptable, quick to learn, and willing to get stuck in
Bonus points (not essential)
Experience in warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, or trade environments
Background in hospitality or quick-paced customer service roles
Exposure to stock control, receipting, or inventory systems (SAP experience a plus)
Safety-conscious mindset or site-based training (e.g. White Card)
