Key Responsibilities:
Provide day‑to‑day leadership, guidance, and support to a team of workplace rehab consultants
Monitor caseloads, workflow, and service delivery to ensure timely, high‑quality outcomes
Support onboarding, training, and development of current and existing team members
Conduct regular check‑ins, performance conversations, and capability‑building activities
Assist with problem‑solving, escalation management, and client‑related queries
Ensure compliance with organisational policies, procedures, and quality standards
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and team culture development
